Refund Policy

  • You can request a refund by emailing [email protected]
  • You cannot receive a refund if your theory test date has passed (the one that we booked for you).
  • If any product has been supplied and you wish to be refunded, these must be returned in acceptable condition and at the customers own cost. The exception to this is if the products was received by you in an unacceptable, damaged or faulty condition. In these instances, we will collect the items and issue a refund. Usually, a full refund of products will not be sent until proof of postage has been confirmed.
